Celentano has spent his entire life in Retail Consumer Foods holding key
positions in his family business, Celentano Bros., Inc. the well known Italian
frozen foods brand in the North East.
Domenick
is the Food Beverage guide at About.com, part of the New York Times family of
companies and writes on topics focused on food entrepreneurs starting or
running a specialty food business such as trends and new product launch.
The FoodPreneur helps food entrepreneurs create and manage sustainable food brands along the path from the test kitchen to the shelf to the consumer’s plate. Consulting services and educational seminars help food entrepreneurs create successful new product launches.
He is
an Adjunct Professor at Kean University College of Management, Marketing and
International Business teaching Retail
Marketing, Digital Marketing, Consumer Behavior and Retail Buying and
Merchandising Management. At Saint Josephs University, Haub School of Business
and Fairleigh Dickinson University Silberman College of Business he teaches
Entrepreneurship and Family Business.
